I think I saw some recruitment posts a few days back. Will post the links here if I come across them.
That would be awesome! Really appreciate it

You are a year late for campus recruitment. Typically for a summer/fall start of campus hires in consulting, the hiring is done in fall of the prior year.
At most consulting firms, you can’t refer campus hires and they must go through the campus recruiters, especially as firms try to diversify hiring.
Your best bet would be reaching out to recruiters than actual consultants.
Most firms are still starving for talent. Reach out to recruiters directly, lots of hiring still happening.
Oh interesting. I didn’t know I had to go through a campus recruiter. Is that because I’m still a student? My graduation is next week though, so would I still need to go through a campus recruiter even after that?
Either way thank you for commenting this. Some recruiters are already on my list so I’ll definitely reach out to them. Appreciate the advice!
You don’t *have* to, but it would be a good approach.
you can still get a decent starter job if you go to a firm directly. best of luck to you!
Boutique consultancies in your area might be the way to go if you can't find anything at the major ones
Definitely will look into local boutiques. I’m in the Boston area so there should be quite a few. Thank you for the advice!
If you can't find a referral here, I would try over on Linked in. I usually have good luck over there! Best of luck to you.
