Search online for anything about Unilever’s use of it with their campus recruiting. It’s transformed their college recruiting and removed the bias that they could only hire from the prominent North East schools.
It all depends on the design. Inevitably, poor planning/implementation will leave human biases in the code, but with a focus on ETHICAL TECH, machine learning/AI/RPO can actually help remove many biases
It will, like most things depend on how it is implemented. Is some cases it may take out biases
Accenture talks a lot about responsible AI and finding ways to mitigate inherent bias.
