Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?
Quite literally the worst thing i’ve ever seen

Winning an award doesn’t get you a pay rise.
It can actually get you fired as other team members try to get more spotlight. It happened to me lol
It’s not the only way. Most people never learned the tricks of negotiating - once you do, that’s where to start.
Go on then, giz a few tips please
wait my lion didn’t come with a pay rise??
Being a part of a major pitch win is how to ensure you get a raise. This is due to two things.
_How an agency balance sheet works
_Pitches have visibility with management - who often spend their times pitching.
Awards usually generate competing offers, which in turn, get you a raise, if you want to stay.
Creatives are generally hired after new business wins and they calculate your salary based on how much they can bill you out for. Therefore any pay rises eat into margin.
There’s always a pot for top performers, which is why raises are unevenly handed out to favourites and people who are most visible.
