I’m currently in ERP and really want to get into cloud. Currently hold the Azure Fundamentals, AWS SAA, and GCP security certs. Any suggestions on what I can do to increase my chance to get into cloud?

AWS-SAA question (newbie): I know AWS account is a root account & by default gives user access/permissions to all the AWS services. You need to have an aws account first to then create IAM users to define who they are, permission groups they’re in, and the level of access/permissions they have to a bucket/object for example. So....when the IAM users are added, do they receive a notification with the url to access the environment? Do they need an aws account as well? Confused on difference

Just cleared AWS SAA few days back . Will AWS CDA help to understand and clear AWC Pro. Or can I directly prepare for Pro.

Those who took the AWS SAA exam, do I need to know the specific pricing for each S3 storage classes, Like S3-IA is $0.0125 per GB monthly...Or just know high level info like the minimum capacity charge per object for S3 standard-IA is 128kb.

I have been searching for job from quite a long time and all I have seeing HR/Panels asking for 1. Number of implementation projects done. 2. Work experience on S4 Hana. And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered. Is it really that important ? I am in the process of negotiating an offer for a new job. At my current job, bonuses will be paid out on august 20th. The bonus is sizable so I would like to stay long enough to obtain it. Ideally, I would wait until the bonus hits my account before I put in my 2 weeks. If the new job wants me to start sooner than august 20th, is it acceptable to say that I want to stay because of the bonus, or should I give a different reason?
