Currently I am fresher and doing job as pythonintern. my bond is of 2.5 years (1 month complete) .
Every day near about 11 hours i do work there , some times 12 hours.I feel pressure in my mind and anxiety I feel .
Guys suggest what should I do now,because team lead tells me you need to work for 11 hours for 2.5 years in this company.
I want to change the company,myparents not support me , they also told me that you should need to do work for longhours for betterlife .
