I am a front end developer with 9 years of IT industry experience. I joined Citi Pune 2 years back and current fixed ctc is 20lac. How much increment I can expect from C 11 to C 12 position for this year end? Also do you think I am underpaid as per current market standards?

Looking for advice for investing in these two options. Say I have $100k by October saved up
1) Put 10k into iBonds and $90k as downpyament and closing costs for a property (I’ll need to put in 20%, already talked to several mortgage agents)
2) Put $0 in ibonds and put all the $100k in the home investing (given it’s a little more of an expensive property, given some other factors - location, size, etc)
