PWC india - X LPA (Something new to learn)
Cognizant - X + 2.3 LPA
EY GDS - X + 3 LPA.. (Average work as per the discussion)

Please suggest me which one can I choose or how can I make a better deal with the offer I have? After 3 years of struggle I am planning to switch?

I joined new company today with more than 200 percent hike.
The project I was in my previous organization was on tool( not much future scope) but supposed to get onsite next yr.
As I got this opportunity which is in java with bank captives n great hike I took it.
But feels very anxious about this ..just having thought of should have stayed in previous organization.
