I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company. in the past i have seen My project manager has not given them a release, in the end they have to resign.
I am in a product support project, i want to switch to another domain.
I am preparing for that but here also i work honestly. I got A band in the last 2 years, my lead is on notice period now they are making me lead ,i dont want that ( extra responsibilities with no extra money) but currently I am the only option for them.

My work gives us points/money for achieving certain activities such as exercising for 180 mins per week. I have my Apple Watch automatically sync with the app that tracks our activities and it works great. Problem is I started using NRC (Nike run Club) app for runs and it interferes with the Workout app on my Apple Watch and it doesn’t get tracked. Has anyone found a way for the NRC and Workout app to run simultaneously (pun intended)?
