Any idea when will ibm India opening their office. Is it fully work from office or hybrid model?

Can any one tell me what kind of projects does IBM have in its Whitefield office at bangalore.
Is IBM working in hybrid mode or mandating work from office ?

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?
