Professional Dilemna
I applied for a role in a Svc based company and got through.I resigned quoting a genuine reason that the new position will offer me learning in Tech XYZ. Resignation was accepted. After few days top boss offered me to move to a diff team using the same Tech XYZ and match the salary.Dilemna is to leave or stay .I feel guilty as either case i will have to break someones trust.I am super happy with current company but new company might offer new challenges.Both seem equal now.

So I accepted an offer back in mid March but I didn’t negotiate it up and now I’m regretting it, because apparently you’re supposed to. I got a much higher salary than expected and a sign on bonus, and it’s been a while since I accepted the offer, and the start date is later this year…. Is it too late to ask for a bit more though? 6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.
