Professional fit round remaining!! So I have been interviewed for Associate director Backend Engineer role and done with three rounds.
First interview was technical (Java, problem solving), second was also same, third was with some senior guy asked on system design.Hr said allok
I went to bangalore office in person for third round. I was planned to have pro-fit round on same dat but due to time exceded cancelled and its been a week I am chasing HR he is not picking call for next, is this normal?

I received a message on LinkedIn from an internal recruiter at a company that sounded intriguing. Would it be bad form to ask for more information about the role and about comp up front? I wasn’t looking to leave my firm until later next year at the earliest, but the company sounds really interesting. Don’t want to waste a lot of time if the comp isn’t right, though.

I have an offer from @Morgan Stanley for 36 lpa.. 8 years, Java backend developer.. I am also about to have a managerial round with Mercedez Benz and Zscaler.. Morgan Stanley they said I initially I will have to work on existing applications and later move on to microservices project.. Both Benz and Zscaler are working on good tech stack.. Are any of these worth considering if they match what Morgan Stanley is offering?

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?
