So, I started working full-time at a retail store for clothing and accessories and after a brief dispute with my supervisor (my bike broke down which made me come in 20 minutes late to y shift) they told me that it seems like working is not my priority, so to make it easier on me I would only get 20 hours a week. Things are tight as it is, I can't start working half-time. Please someone share some advice or any job opportunities you've seen out there

I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult. Most companies for some reason are requiring 2-3 years of experience for the Associate role. 😭 Any Sales Engineers who know of companies hiring those with no experience? I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward. I didn’t hear back yesterday so I emailed HR and she said she wasn’t part of the hiring decision so would reach out to the initial interviewer for his feedback. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been 24 hours - starting to get worried. What should I do? Does this mean they’re not interested?

Currently a CSM for a tech start up (REALLY EARLY STAGES) and have been there for almost 2 years. I do everything from CSM, HR, right hand to CFO and UX design for the app that we are building yet my title is CSM. I am looking for a better paying CSM job (70k+) or entry level UX design job. Can anyone please point me in the right direction or either ? Even if it’s learning more for a UX position. Through this job I found out I really love helping with that .
