That IIM Rohtak one, nopes it won't be just a marketing gimmick.
I have done Certificate fro. These only gimmick from iim no use
Oh okay
Only executive MBAs which are worth pursuing are from ABC. That too, for your profile, try to get in Bangalore. You can also try for ISB. Below that, all colleges are almost equal (as in not much impact in terms of career trajectory).
Also, these are full one time programs, so you have to take career break. You can get loan for the tution fees. However, you need to have 1 year fund atleast for the family as per your current situation
Check out PGPEM course also from IIMs. It might suit your need but it doesn't have placement assistance, so that's a downside
Check course by IIM Lucknow then. I think they have a campus in Noida where they offer few things for corporate. Check if they are atleast year old engagement.
See if mdi also offer something. Also, be very calculative in term of what's the value that you are deriving from the course.
Even if you do from ABC, you may max reach 30LPA. Do certifications if any, from a brand like ISB and use the name across resume. Doing 1 and 2 year programs isn't worth it at your CCTC, you may regret it.
Dont do MBA only to get higher package. You will do some good certifications related to your skillset you will get more money.
Do MBA if its align to your career. MBA will open more doors to your career. You can aim for high leadership/management roles. You can check your company hierarchy.
Iim k has good executive mba of two year. You can look at it. It offers a degree, not certificate or diploma.

No use market gimmick
ABC or ISB would justify else not much use . Try out of India if you can
Not really..unless you crack ISB Hyderabad
The real question here is what's the intent behind an MBA?
An executive MBA doesn't really allow for drastic domain switching (e.g. IT to IB), neither does it massively increase your pay.
If you want to do an MBA just for the optics of it, you can enroll in a executive program which is part time in nature and requires week long campus immersions once every semester.
I agree with others on this thread that the right certifications will help you grow further in terms of your immediate career path.
