My situation:I have filled visa and waiting for it from few weeks with company A and don’t want to join then because I have better offer from company B. Company B wants me to withdraw my visa application so they can file a new one for me and they r telling me they can’t generate my CoS until I withdraw application.How shall I withdraw my visa until I don’t even have CoS from company B??

American who lives and works in Ireland here- there are a lot of differences between working in the 2 jurisdictions and depending on if this is a secondment or a permanent transfer there are considerations around annual leave, paid leave types available - maternity, paternity parental, salary - a simple adjustment for exchange rate isn't going to work if it's a permanent transfer, Healthcare cover, pension/401k differences, travel back to Ireland covered?, etc etc ... I'm assuming there's an established US entity? I'd have them arrange all the details unless this is a temporary transfer with the intention of the employee returning to the Irish entity.
