Once you have PR is there any restriction on getting a visitor or traveler visa to USA ? Will need to give up my H1B in US when I move full-time to Canada but might need to return to settle estate

Ive been living in the UK for six years and didn’t know I had to file taxes in the USA! 😩 From looking up a few options, it seems to cost circa £500 for each late filing with a tax accountant. Has anyone done it through the Turbotax software? Any advice to get it done cheaply?
