We donât have very many 40 hour weeks. This is a growth business that is doubling over an 18-24 month timeframe that started 10 months back. The means lots of opportunities but not 40 hour weeks. There is a lot of flexibility and a big focus on the people experience. But this is not a place for someone that just wants to punch a clock for 40. We do have reduced schedule programs and lots of ways to make it work depending on personal circumstances but it is a place where many of us stretch from time to time.
1) how many hrs/wk if > 40 is a typical / normal expectation ?
2) what are the lvls / stages from SM to Partner in Salesforce ?
3) how to plan from SM to Partner in Salesforce and what's a reasonable timeline ?

Part of the PwC Salesforce practice for over five years now. Came in as an associate, promoted to Senior in 1.5 years, took my time to become a Manager, and now in a years time gunning for SM. All this while loving what I do and also maintaining a healthy life style.
As partner 1 said if you want to just stick with 40 hours, it is difficult. However, if you are flexible then depending on different phases of the project you can get good time to work on certifications or anything else you like.

SF leadership encourages Friday your way, where we avoid scheduling any Friday meetings after 12 local time and lot of focus on programs like bw3 - be well, work well
Worked there a few years ago in the nCino team and 60 hrs a week were average. More or less depending on phase of project. This was right before Covid and did not include travel time.
