I have an iPad I use to read books. I’ll buy a book every now and then but typically use the library connection and free online book sites. If I purchased and downloaded a book, can I share that book w someone? If so, how? I can’t figure it out 🤨 Tia

Do you find your performance when exercising way worse when in ketosis? I’m way slower at running & workouts feel particularly hard to keep going. Does your body get adapted to it, or it standard?

My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.

I have received offer letter from Optum Global Solutions India recently and I am seriously considering joining it(I also have offers from Deloitte USI and Verizon).
My breakup annexure mentions 4 components apart from RRP and PF. Basic, HRA, Flexi, Special Allowance. Either the Special Allowance or the Flexi is not included in the CTC mentioned in offer letter. So I want to understand how the Flexi and Special Allowance are paid monthly. Can someone please help?
