When building the TCO and comparing on-prem vs cloud costs, do you generally use AWS Migration evaluator/TSO Logic or a similar tool? Or does the client provide you the info in an excel or a CMDB?

I'll jump in - you don't ever feel like you are at "the top", I would call it more in control. That is, you can make more trade off decisions than perhaps before. I can choose to fly to a client and miss my son's game/practice. There is a bit more autonomy - you still have demands and bullshit that people pile on you, but you can more consciously decide what you will and won't do, knowing the consequences

Whom shall I raise a snapshot to ? Is review done by manager or senior manager has more impact than done by a senior associate in the project?

Hello! I was offered a position at the middle of the posted salary range. I exceed every one of the requirements and all but one of the preferred qualifications. (I will have my Supervision designation in a few months.) Should I negotiate a higher salary now or when I obtain my new license? Can somebody explain to me how the system works between payer (insurance) and therapists? I’m currently looking for a therapist with a specific focus due to a traumatic event and am only finding counselors that do not work with insurance and charge average $ 150/hour. I realize fair payment is important but don’t understand how people can afford to do it out of pocket as “regular mortals”...
