Yeah female creatives get hired all the time, the question was just so bizarrely put. To me it reads like OP is asking, “are the exact same people making the exact same hiring decisions as they were a couple years ago, now that Trump is back in office?”

Just hired a female ACD team. All I care about is good work and a positive attitude. Can’t wait for them to start!
DEI is very much not a focus in the current climate.
ACD. Diversity and DEI are two different things. Lack of DEI doesn't mean lack of diversity. Multicultural marketing is very much on the rise, but race based quotas aren't a part of that. One is controlling outcomes for ideological reasons, and the other is simply listening to and participating in the culture.

I don't know any women who charge me less for their time. Honestly all the women I work with are very highly paid. The idea that men make more for the same role, seniority and hours is hyperbole.
As long as they don’t have kids. I have a kid, and I can tell that I am not in demand anymore.

Not if you want to have people who know what's going on in culture. Genz is majority multicultural, so.... Again though. DEI is just hiring quotas. Diversity is very different.

White Women have convinced people they're a minority group and therefore should be involved in hiring quotas.
