But not getting any desired role or company . Makes me feel disheartened,feels like will have to wait a very long to get something desired.

I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?

Hi everyone, I have successfully completed all the tech rounds, hiring manager and hr round at a company. In the HR round, the guy asked me to mail him my documents like current company offer letter, 3 months salary slip, offer in hand etc. and my expected CTC. He said they will get back to me in 2 working days but they haven't yet. How long should I wait to check with them? And is this some strategy HRs use to see if you are desperate for the job or somehow get your expected CTC down?

Hi fishes, I have recently got an offer from Amdocs for L3 Support role for 10 CTC ( fixed) and an offer from Infosys for 9 CTC (including 10% variable) for development role. Which one should I join and if I go ahead with Amdocs for sake of better pay can I switch to development role later on. YOE- 3.4 years. Tech Stack: Java developer.
