Hi, I have completed my MBA from one of the leading B Schools of India and I have about three years of experience in Corporate Banking. I want to switch my career to management consulting.

It will help me if anybody can help with understanding how to go about the switch; are there any certifications that will make the switch easier? Any other relevant advices?

I am on resignation in HCL, but they are offering me 1 lakh more than the offer I have from TCS.
I don't wish to continue in HCL, but money is an important factor.

I am working as a Deputy Manager with DI. I joined in May and want to put in my papers.
My base location is Bangalore but am still in Delhi.

1. Can I take leaves on Notice Period?
2. I have 6 wellbeing leaves, should I take them first and then resign? Or these are encashed too??
3. 6 normal PTO, will it be encashed or adjusted in NP? Or is it wise to exhaust all leaves and then resign??
