My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

Work Culture - always better than a 3rd party organization. I would rate it as Good
Bonus- its there.. 5 being the best rating.. 5 &4 raters always get hike & bonus
3 - average raters - everyone gets hike but only majority gets bonus, not all.
Stock - dont expect any. (note: basis this yr's performance they gave stocks worth 40k to indian employees who were all rated 3,4,5.. same 40k to all.. dont expect RSU in lakhs or thousands while joining. it doesnt happen here)
cab- if u r in UK shift, u will get nodal pick up and home drop.. indian shift means, both pick up and drop are nodal.
WLB - for most teams its great.. natwest is known for this..
Pay- Natwest is not a pay master..
Job stability - unless we dont involve in any nonsense, job is secured and stable..
promotion - it will take yrs to jump to next role..
hybrid - since only one office in chennai, it will be hybrid for a looooooooong time.. 8 days per month is mandatory to work in office.. any 8 days.
rest - not sure, hope others can answer.

Goals & Conversation -the goals for you are set in the yr beginning.. its different from past yr.. you can customise your goals aftr a discussion with your managers.. in previous yrs, it used to be same goal for same level of ppl..now its based on the individual's capabilities and growth opportunities..
conversation is nothing but the one on one to discuss where we are at.. if we are able to achieve the goals and if any help is needed..
hike & bonus is given if we are able to achieve the goals that we had set..
Everything is good, except work life balance and office politics is there. Learning opportunity for anything new is less, old technology and slow acceptance of latest tech. Rest depends on the team you join. Company is keen on cost cutting these days so perks and facilities are degrading day by day.
Platform side . How is job security. And salary ball park range.
Will we be asked to work on hands on.

In chennai do they have only one office ?
10-11 years exp is AVP level. If you get VP, consider yourself lucky
