LOL, stay away from them then. They take those very seriously. You could be the greatest tech person in the world, but you won’t get hired if you’re intimidated by LPs. It’s a ultra high growth company that is trying win the world. You’re not going to chill if you’re going to get paid the big $. They literally pay a lot of your comp through stocks to make sure you truly contribute to the growth
I build slides and correct fonts. It is easy , low scope and I get paid accordingly. I’m happy.

Just stay away. It’s def not worth it.

Why? What's jittery about a bunch of principles?
AWS alumni here. It's incredibly cutthroat. You're encouraged to find creative ways to offload your work to other teams and make them do it for you. Someone on our team rolled out a "process automation" that did nothing except to make our sales and BD teams manually enter data for us.
The usual Amazonian solution is, 'just work harder and get it done.' Things got so bad that the two new principles were added that basically amount to, "Don't be an asshole... Unless you really have to be to get your work done."

Ooh they added 2 recently? I remember there were 14.

Enjoy their products, don't work for them. Ditto with Tesla
Interviewing with them make me appreciate my horrible current role more
