What is in hand salary for below one

After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept.What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

Ok?? Find another job? I usually get myself ready to possibly leave and let management know my concerns while casually saying I want a raise or promotion.

Applying but at the same time standing up for yourself and raising voice against unequal pay is very important. “If you help yourself, you help everyone”.

I am working in a lead capacity but receiving entry-level compensation. I asked for a raise and a promotion, but my manager denied both requests and isn't supportive. The recruiting team doesn't respond to emails. My message to everyone is to speak up for yourself. They won't support you unless you have your facts straight, which I do now.
Apparently they have no funds to set things right. But they are hiring people for a project managed tanked after 3 years of work done by external contractors. Renamed project and started working on it. Hired senior developers, leads. No one has said good things about them till date. Other teams managers have shared they are manipulative and people leave in 1.5 yrs time on an average.
They are hiring more to just go on vacations
They aren't underpaying you, you signed for that amount and were fine with it at the time.
At the very least the base should be more than a person working at 50% capacity as in chill job with way lower qualifications and experience
They’re hiring because they can often pay new to the org less money than someone who has been with the company. One of my prior company’s, in the fortune 150 would max annual merit increase to 3% and that was only for top 10% in your callibrated area (eg all of sales, marketing, and operations under one umbrella)…take what you will from it but it also makes it harder to get promoted when caps are put on. Someone in the remaining 90% would brrakdown to somewhere around 70% on target and 20% below target ….so someone always has to be below threshold. They stilo get bonus etc but if there is a riff they will be in the hat for it.
The fact that your punctuation is horrendous on this post tells me everything I need to know. Look inward and not outward.
Working on your self and improving your self isn’t funny. Too bad you find serious issues at work funny. And If you feel that you have made some point, you are absolutely wrong. I hope you are no ones leader. Good luck to you too :)
