Hey! Based in NYC, an offer came in from rbc for ops senior analyst- 85k base, no bonus…are they low-balling me or this is standard for the company?

Me: 2-3 YOE, in ops at a large bank

Any insights on comp (especially from those in ops) or things to keep in mind would be highly appreciated!
