Recently I got an interview opportunity from a company - GrowNext for their product - Homeneedspro based on urban needs just like UrbanCompany. It is publicly less visible and there are only 10 15 people in the tech team. The hike is also not much difference between the current company and this. Now I am confused to join this or not this will be my first switch and also first interview.
