recently i had an interview with the LTM and i heard back 3 weeks later that we want to reschedule same interview round and I joined the meeting but interviewer didn't join. and then rescheduled interview next then and same again the interviewer didn't joined. now I'm already going through stress doing delivery work postponed other interview took leave 2 times, borrowed neighbor laptop due to power failure issues. recruiter also apologize but the company is very unorganized.

How is Persistent in terms of Appian projects? Does it have good development projects in Appian and what are the chances of growth?

I have submitted the documents for LTI..before an formal HR call one lady HR called me and ask for expected CTC..i have one offer in hand and i demand 20% of that offer as fixed..she asked me to negotiate and so i went for 20% of offer as total CTC instead of fixed..she simply said OK thats it..and call ended..will I get positive note from them....?
