recently joined company in January and selected for Barclays and I didn't disclose my current company as of now. If they ask to share 3 months payslips as part of document then how should I navigate this situation as I will not have current CTC payslip for 3 months.
I will inform HR my situation while discussing however if things will work or not I am not sure or how they will take it as HR. I just don't want to drop my candidature for this reason.
Anyone has similar situation? Suggest

Received offer letter today from LTI . It’s mentioned in the mail that i will receive BGV mail After acceptance of letter but no mail received till now .

How much days it take to receive that mail ? And can we mention our joining date (early joining) there ?
