After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. I’m beyond irritated by one of my coworkers. Just so disorganized, doesn’t show up to meetings, doesn’t reply to emails, constantly have to chase him, miss deadlines because of him. Management knows but does nothing about it. He really is a nice guy so it’s hard to hate him but I’m gonna lose it sooner or later.
