Total compensation / compensation break down estimate for PE megafund ops role w/ 3+ years of experience? Sounds like base they’re looking at is ~$120k, not sure on bonus. Our company is shopping around for anti-virus and anti-malware solutions, and encountering companies who “will not redline.” We’ve tried 3 vendors, and the only one who redlined quoted 5x what others have quoted. Some of it has to do with how the biz team is presenting, but has anyone else run into this? I’ve not seen another industry where an outright refusal to redline exists, let alone one where negotiating legal terms costs 5x!
