Regretting leaving my previous company and joining EY - FSDR Hyderabad (Nirmal and Raghav). FS Risk Consulting seems to be a shinking ship now and my partner being majorily dependent on just one account and bragging about it in every townhall/meeting. Toxicity, Politics is kept above the work and revenue in this team. Management has started forcing me and few other to relocate to Bangalore to work on this client. Being calm and gearing up to move as soon as I get some opportunity. Really fed up

I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.
Is it ethical?
