Reliance Brands‘ post-maternity work-from-home policy is a standout benefit that made my transition back to work seamless. The company offers a hybrid arrangement—guaranteeing 2 remote days/week for returning mothers, with the flexibility to adjust based on individual needs. What impressed me most was how clearly documented this policy was, removing any negotiation stress. This benefit continues until my child turns 18 months old, providing much-needed stability during those critical early years.

Copy vs art - paid the same or what? What’s the norm? Not interested in hearing about the exceptions

Hi everyone ,this is a broad career related question:

I am currently working as solution advisor in advisory at Deloitte(recently joined).

I have 2.7years of experience and have a CTC of 10.5 L currently.

It's a widely known that product based companies (like MAANG pays handsomely), for software engineer roles and that is what a lot of CS grads strive for ,this is true for MAANG and also a lot of startups, unicorns and other tech companies.

How did you tell your manager you’re pregnant? Did it affect pay/promos? And then, subsequently, how did you start letting colleagues know you’re pregnant? Feels awkward to just randomly drop the news in a meeting! I work remotely so it’s hard to tell by video :) I’m 21 weeks and feel like I’ve waited as long as I can to at least notify my manager. I was waiting to negotiate my salary for next year but per company trend that doesn’t get set until January (manager reviews are written in Dec).

I attended an interview and did assignment for Multimedia designer role 15 days ago fo BMC team at EY GDS, still not heard back, interview was positive and assignment is also good. HR's don't reply to email and don't pick calls, should I keep hope or forgot it? I'm just asking for feedback because I have put 6 hours hard work in to assignment.

If you had to guess when oncycle will be, what would you say? I’ve heard funds were disappointed by participation rates and quality last time, so I’m curious to see if they can show enough discipline to wait this year.

What are the benefit differences between an equity partner and a non-equity partner (e.g. managing director)?

What do you think about the mismatch of labor and employment laws and the modern nature of our economy after the technological boom? Am I the only one who thinks (and am I crazy to think) there are some benefits to workers from the gig economy, and it might be best long term to pass new employment laws to ensure worker protections while maintaining these benefits instead of trying to shove the current gig economy back into the 1960s? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Hello fishes
It’s been a month that HR told me that they’ll release offer, but it seems that approval is still in progress, is it normal?

So, I'm sure this has been discussed. What would be a cut off for when to leave without necessarily burning bridges? End of October? End of November?

I prepared an analysis of my jobs (acting as manager) comparing actual realization to budgeted and was told I shldnt be looking at that. Shouldnt performance to budget be a metric mngrs are eval’d on?

As an auditor, do we need to worry about whether signatures are legit? Like if clients mark their initials in pdfs using simple text box, can I accept that or am I supposed to get an email approval
