Overall Experience:

My experience with Bajaj Insurance during the recruitment process has been concerning due to a significant discrepancy between the verbally communicated role and the official designation in the offer letter. While I was recruited and interviewed for the position of a Relationship Manager, the offer letter provided designated the role as STM (Sales Team Member/Sales Training Manager).
