Savings: $12k/$1k (covers 3.5% FHA)
Sister offered $8k loan for closing expenses

Debts:45k/25k After all expenses, debt payment, savings I usually have $1k/mo to spend - not sure on him

My former firm has gone through so many attorneys, me being one of them. About 3 weeks ago, it hired 2 baby lawyers. It has yet to post them or put them on the website. A different attorney that left is still on the website. However, it did post the 5 law clerks that are working this summer… Considering I was the one that trained the law clerks for the previous years, I am interested to see how this turns out (the newest partner, who is the managing partners son, took credit for my work).
