🚗ROS-Based Autonomous Vehicle Platform

🎯Objective
To develop an end-to-end autonomous driving infrastructure that can process real-time sensor data to perceive the vehicle's environment, make decisions and transfer these decisions to low-level control systems.

🧠Approach
By establishing a node-based structure with ROS2 architecture, I designed the sensors, control and interface components to be separated from each other. Both the debugging process accelerated and the system became scalable.

Newly minted consultant here looking for financial advice.

So I just moved to consulting after B school, and It's more money than I've made my entire life. After paying for rent and living expenses, I have 6000$ left over every month. My student loan payments are about 1200/month at 7% interest. I still owe another 95K on my loan. I have the option to pay more every month and reduce my overall interest paid.
Currently I put about 3000 towards my loan and 3000 towards my savings. Cont'd...

I was recently interviewing a very good candidate who was not only technically strong but also had a very good problem solving skill. Below is his yoe and tech stack
Total yoe 11, RPA 6(AA)
Certified in all AA versions.
CCTC 25LPA
Expecting 40LPA
I felt this is a desirable ask but we didn't have enough budget to accomodate. Now we are going back to drawing board to reshuffle the budget for next FY, what would be an apt scale for someone with the profile above?
