HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. Now HR is restarting my ET as a new employee. I realize I left, but not on bad terms and I am an exemplar and respected employee. Hi - Is there any cut-off day/date each month, by which Managers need to confirm their choice of Promotions in Workday ? For eg : ESP cycle changes need to be inputted by 15th and are confirmed on the 20th, I have been informed.

Do IBM decrease the notice period to 30 days for such employees?

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.
