Currently working in-house for a large bio pharma - like the company and most of the people, but the work is really getting monotonous and I just leaned through the grapevine that I am making significantly less money ($15k to $30k) than others in the same level/grade as me. The work I do is equally difficult and I have a smaller team because people have left, so there is no way “type” of law justifies this. I think I just did a poor job negotiating my salary and raise. I recently received a VP offer at AlixPartners, can someone at AP help me understand this new profit sharing/ longevity bonus they have? The HR rep was not very clear given how new it is. I presume it is additive to any annual bonus or 401k match, correct? How does it work? How long is the vesting period? Etc.

I have an opportunity to move into a new position - Electrical Engineering and Production Manager in the Chicagoland area. Having been in the industry for 10 yrs what salary should I expect and negotiate around? Does this position typically come with bonuses or additional compensations? Any insight would be appreciated.

Currently C level (target promo next summer). Been mostly on finance transformation projects. Worked in strategic finance before that at a f500 healthcare company.
What roles/levels would I be a good candidate for at FAANG/Microsoft/other Big Tech?

My results: I got mostly great feedback with constructive points, however along with it I received the meanest, most cold hearted criticism I’ve ever seen (con’t in comments).
