I’d usually prioritize the schedule unless the pay difference is enough to genuinely matter. Full flexibility can drain a lot more out of you than people expect, especially when weekends and late nights start eating your whole routine. A fixed weekday schedule has real value if it gives you consistency and a life outside work.
I guess! There both pretty important!
Yeah, bartending is pretty much flexible and late nights. This seems logical unless you find a bar that only operates 9-5. 🤔
