Currently at a startup in Bangalore (CTC: 10 LPA). Got an offer from a product-based company (16.5L fixed + 2.5L variable), joining on 28th.

Had a managerial round at Goldman Sachs recently—was told I’m selected and they’ll push for a strong offer, but it may take 2–3 weeks.

Didn’t mention my upcoming joining at GS. I prefer GS for growth.

How can I ask them to speed up the offer process?

I know the general answer to this, but I want to know others response.
If by your 30’s you’re mostly established in life, why is it then harder to establish a long lasting relationship with someone ?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Has anyone heard about StoneX Bangalore, how is that company. HR seems to be rude.

Cleared all rounds of RightPoint and agreed to the package offered by them. HR said they will roll out the offer letter but didn't do it yet and said you can proceed with others as we have many interviews to check other candidates. Recently one CEO tweeted about employees rejecting offer letter on last day of joining and termed that as unethical. What about this kind of HRs?

How we should negotiate for offers while holding other offer in-hand. I mean how % increase on the current offer is justified. For ex. - I am Holding 10,63,000 (10% variable). How much can ask to next company and how to calculate that?

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I have 23.5 in hand so I asked for 26 which she said out of budget. Then I asked 23.5 fixed atleast. Contd… in comments
