Seeking Advice: Internship Extension vs. College Return

Hi everyone, I’m currently interning at KPMG in Advisory Consulting during the 7th semester of my integrated MBA. Over 6 months, I performed exceptionally in two projects, and my manager, whom I greatly admire, offered me a full-time role. However, due to compliance, I can't join without my degree. He suggested extending my internship for 1.5 years. Should I take an NOC from college and continue, or return to college and rejoin KPMG later?

I have an offer in hand by value labs and Accenture and I’m more leaning towards valuelabs. However, I’ve seen a lot of comment online which were made in 2022 and before as well that the job security is an issue in value labs and they will fire a chunk without any prior notice.
