I am currently working as an SAP MDM Executive and have received two job offers:
1. SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)
2. SAP O2C (Order-to-Cash)
I am looking for advice on which role would be more beneficial for career growth over the next 2-3 years, considering salary hikes, demand in the market, and long-term opportunities.
Would love to hear insights from professionals working in these domains. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

I have around 1 year of experience in Java and total 5.5 years in total.

I got a lead role in a company with good package.
The role is of java fullstack, microservices.
I studied hard on spring boot and microservices but my hands on experience is less.

Hello everyone. I will be transitioning from the Navy soon and want to work in the cybersecurity field. I have an active secret clearance, BS in strategic intelligence, working on a masters in cybersecurity, and taking Security+ in December. No work experience in cyber, just my education and bootcamp course for Security+. Should I still apply for job that want 2-5+ years cyber experience and/or an active TS clearance?

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current organization email. But, I am leaving the company in one week. Is there any way we can transfer that certication (still have time until next Nov) to my personal email I'd ? My company says they ll deactivate the s user id provided to me once I leave the company. I have writter one certification and planning to write next in some time later. I can not claim in my current company the amount I paid for cer006 (52k).
