Hi Everyone! I am currently looking to enter the Customer Success world with a Sales, Higher Education and Customer Service background. I have successfully completed a Coursera certificate to familiarize myself with Salesforce and I am currently enrolled in the SuccessCOACHING CCSM as well in order to gain more knowledge and experience. If anyone knows of any entry level opportunities or has any advice please let me know, thanks in advance!

Anyone have experience between choosing between an Industry position or making the final push (manager/SM level) for partner? How did you finally decide to go one way or the other and do you have any regrets?

I think I want to try someone new but am having a bit of paralysis in making the move knowing the income/ partner lifestyle that I could be passing up…
