I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current organization email. But, I am leaving the company in one week. Is there any way we can transfer that certication (still have time until next Nov) to my personal email I'd ? My company says they ll deactivate the s user id provided to me once I leave the company. I have writter one certification and planning to write next in some time later. I can not claim in my current company the amount I paid for cer006 (52k).

I want to get to know the local private companies. I worked at a private company with 2-3k employees before my MBA. They had an amazing culture, but limited progression opportunities. I'm thinking about looking for a smaller company (couple hundred to couple thousand employees) in the Dallas area and looking to find an amazing culture.

Anyone have recommendations on companies with great cultures in the Dallas/north of Dallas areas? (I live in the Plano/Allen/Mckinney area)

I have worked in marketing for about 6-7 years. First few years were in social media management. My goal is to work at a big tech company.

I’ve heard mixed results about the ROI of earning an MBA. My near future goal is to move into a Marketing Director (or senior manager) role.

1) How much does Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc. value MBAs in the hiring process?

2) Anyone currently working at the companies above with only a BBA?

Hi all. I have a referral question. Long story short, I waited too long to apply for a SA role. I wanted to pass my PMP first (which I did on Friday) and went to apply to the role yesterday to see that it got taken down. I do have a friend who can refer me but does she have to wait for another posting to come up before she refers me? Or can she do it with an existing posting and I’ll get an internal link that isn’t attached to a specific posting? Did I lose my chance?

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.
