Early 70s + car allowance
Yes, 13% cap
Rising Star
A2 and A3 need to work why they are so different. I joined as MBA hire in late 2010s at £91+car allowance
Rising Star
Yes. Prior consulting experience.
Need more specifics like which career track/location
Agree: New Salary (without car cash), Location (London/Non-London), Org
Mid 60s base + car allowance, got the promo to L7 summer last year. 0 raise in most recent round
Have you hear any word about this getting adjusted anytime soon?
It’s why I asked what I did a strategy L7 in london earns more than a L7 in tech in Newcastle. Location and career paths matter. If brought in by acquisition or experienced hire it’s entirely different matter you are paid what they want to offer you within range to secure you or transition you across. Both A2 and A3 are realistic. Truth is we’ve been told promotions are a 13% raise so the most accurate view for you is a 13% raise plus something like 6k for car allowance
Operative word being ‘traditionally’ there is no plan to do this unless that’s a perk of ‘reinvention’ although I doubt it
Is it the same for SM promos?
Experienced hire managers on 90k+
Homegrown managers on mid 60s plus car allowance
Base 100k+ TP . TC ~120k . Almost 2y at level
From what I’ve gathered, homegrown L7s would start at 80k a few years ago. These last two cycles L7 promotes cap to 13% increase and start from 65k. I made this post to see if anyone has been promoted during these last two cycles with more than 13% increase and got close to the 80k mark.
