I am currently working with TCS as PL/SQL Developer. I have 5 years and 6months of experience. And my CTC is 6.47LPA (Including 54k variable pay) . I have cleared technical round interview at Infosys. Waiting for HR discussion. I am expecting 13LPA (including 10% variable pay). Will they offer job with this package?
