Graduate to pills, and you'll be in ample company.
There are a couple in my office, but think about it... we work in an industry that requires you to be able to back up most of your decisions with an explanation that is reasonable to a certain degree. Most of us also bill at 6 minute intervals. Put those two things together and you wind up with very few smokers.
You probably work with at least a few incognito smokers.
Nothing is better than a line of coke after a busy day .... jk 😜
30 years ago when I started the partners all smoked in the office, there was one computer for everybody and a dot matrix printer. IT WAS TERRIBLE!
It’s a social class thing in the US. The wealthier and more educated you are the less likely you are to smoke. Most in PA are upper middle class.
CIGS INSIDE THE OFFICE
Very few smoke because very with few college degrees, MBAs, etc smoke but we sure have lots of alcoholics!!!
Ayyyyy we vaping in the bathroom tho ✌🏻
Nobody can afford to take the breaks, they’d get ripped for seeming “uncommitted” and believe me, the nicotine cravings are BAD. Imagine hitting nicotine withdrawal the same time you’re trapped at your desk with an impatient partner breathing over your shoulder. That’s a new and special kind of hell. Ergo, smokers either quit smoking or they quit public accounting.
Or they throw a good dip in and discreetly spit into their empty soda can
I’ve worked in Boston and Philly and literally knew one smoker. Not sure your logic of the north smoking more holding up? Boston is actually a pretty health conscious city, so it doesn’t really work out to have a lot of smokers.
@EY11 get off the pedestal, I know what I do isn’t healthy and I am embarrassed enough by it. I started smoking when I was working at 14 to get a break when my depression got bad and I needed to get off the sales floor. I use an ecig and haven’t smoked a cig in 2 years. But to people like you I’m just a disgusting smoker who isn’t smart enough to realize I’m killing myself. I bet you’re the type of person who drives a Prius with a coexist bumper sticker and thinks you’re superior because you recycle. (Generalize us we generalize you 😀)
I just pack hammers and spit into a coffee cup
I have worked with a few smokers
Oh. Trust me. People smoke, honey. Just my cigarettes.
Just not ***
I smoke after a few lines of coke
There’s plenty they are just closet smokers.
You must not be in the south
