I have cleared technical round interview at Infosys. Waiting for HR discussion. I am expecting 13LPA (including 10% variable pay). Will they offer job with this package? Or this expectations is too high?

Recruiter for big tech company reached out on LinkedIn about a role. I asked about ballpark compensation numbers and they said they’re only comfortable sharing on a live call. hello! I’m looking to get some insight to see if I’m being paid fairly for where I’m at in my career. I’ve worked at the same company for 2.5 years. This is my first job out of college. Started as an HR Admin, basically in a call center for all HR related inquiries and now am a Sr Admin assisting with escalations, interviewing, training new hires, supporting my team, scheduling, keeping track of stats- phone calls, tickets resolved, etc. I’m making $52k per year and work remote out of MA.

Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions. I was offered a associate manager job in quality in HCL technologies which is in sector 126.... Can someone confirm how much should I expect... My current package is 6.55 lpa and I have total 7+ yr exp and 5.5 relevant exp in quality auditing.

Coming up on one full year at an ID firm. Feeling overwhelmed with my experience so far. I’ve received minimal training/feedback unless it was on something I messed up. It feels like the expectations don’t align with my level of experience. I have a case load of 45-55 with very little oversight or involvement from partners. What’s the bar of passing the first round at McKinsey like? if I didn’t do well in the same part of a cases for both interviews (ie reading graphs for high level insights and implications) would that be even worse than having different performance across other areas (ie not doing well in A on case 1 but not doing well in B on case 2)? I thought the quant was fine but i dont think i did well on graph reading for either cases. Pei was also fine and so was the rest of the case

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Am I understanding utilization rate correctly? It’s chargeable time over total time? Charged 40 hours and had 10 hours non-charge so my utilization is 80%? If so, wouldn’t it benefit me to understate non-charge hours so my utilization is higher since they only really care about chargeable time anyways? Charge 40 hours still but only put 5 hours non-charge for utilization to be 89% instead of 80%? Or am I misunderstanding how utilization works?

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.
