Self-doubt and imposter syndrome are dragging me down in this new role with high expectations. I'm procrastinating because I feel overwhelmed. What small changes can I make each day to fight this?

I am so beyond ready to leave my current job, but can’t yet, since bonuses are paid out in January. 😬
