Seriously, what's everyone's plan moving forward? I thought I'd continue to stay in government in some capacity. But it's getting to be too much. I work at the state level and while it's not as bad as the federal level here, they're definitely trying to make some copycat moves. I can't do four years of career anxiety.

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable? I expect my workload to remain at this level through the end of the year at least.

Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?

Been with my GF since college and we recently hit the 4 year mark. 1-2 years into our relationship I found out she had instances of micro-cheating (flirting with guys, talking to ex’s etc - but nothing physical) and we addressed it.
