Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

Data & Analytics. Restructuring is very cyclical and doesn’t give a lot of transferable skills
I would personally choose 2. Depends on your interests
I would go with KPMG, it will look good on your resume to come from a Big 4. Plus learning how to use D&A will help you in everything else. You don't really use anything you learn in College in the 1st two years after school. So anything that will help your analytical skills will come into play in any role you leave KPMG for.

Personally I’d go with RX but depends on your long term aspirations
fti consulting r/x if you still have a decision to make. there is a unique 2 year run way for lots of restructuring work. the exposure that you will have to different companies and issues will be incredible. data and analytics can be used in your work as a tool.
Thanks for the input! I have chosen FTI for those reasons among others.
